Mary Ann Turcke leads Bell's Fields Services group, having previously served as Vice-President, Customer Experience and Operations - Small Medium Business (SMB), where her team provided support for all SMB customers through various call centres, technical help desks and dedicated service consultants.
Mary Ann graduated from Civil Engineering at Queen's University in 1988 and began her career in the construction industry, designing and building roads and bridges for the Ministry of Transportation in Ontario. She also holds a Master in Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University.
After her MBA, Mary Ann worked with A.T. Kearney Management Consultants consulting to clients primarily in the railroad industry. She left A.T. Kearney to become Vice President of Operations & General Manager of Canada for Internet Pictures Corporation (iPIX) a technology firm based in Palo Alto, California. Just prior to joining Bell Canada, she held various executive operations roles in a number of small start-up companies in the outsourcing and software development areas.
In 2009 and again in 2010, Mary Ann was named to Canada's Most Powerful Women Top 100 list for her accomplishments in her management role, vision and leadership, corporate performance and community service.
