One of the most exciting parts about coming to the Queen’s School of Business is the opportunity they provide you to go on exchange. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity and the learning, both school and personal, is truly priceless.

I have been spending the last few weeks trying to get everything in order for my own exchange. I will be off to Toulouse, France in January and as the date approaches I remember the work I still have to get done for it.

I will be leaving Canada on December 30th and spending New Years in Paris! Then I am off to Toulouse to study. I chose France because, living in Canada, I thought learning some French would be beneficial. Admittedly, all I know in French currently is ‘Hello’, ‘I am hungry’ and some fashionable, catchy french movie lines…..

Things to still do before departing include getting a French Visa, and finding my accommodation in France.

I will hopefully be taking you all along with me on my adventure through videos of my journey. Exchange is a great opportunity offered in this program and what better way to see what it is like then through video.
