Katherine Wong Too Yen is a fourth year Commerce student specializing in Marketing at Queen's University. She also works for the School of Business in Alumni Relations and is a passionate ambassador for the Commerce program, giving campus tours, taking part in online chat discussions, and of course, writing for the Commerce blog.
She is the Co-Chair of the 24th Annual Queen's Entrepreneurs'Competition after having been involved with the competition for the past three years. As a first year student, she lived at West Campus but now rents off-campus, living with six other students from various faculties. In 2010, Kat spent one semester studying abroad at the BI School of Management in Norway, which allowed her to travel across Europe visiting 10 countries.
Kat is an avid reader, keeping up-to-date by reading five national and international newspapers daily. Her other interests include watching hockey and trying new restaurants.
