Certificate in Socially Responsible Leadership –
Full-time MBA program

The Certificate in Socially Responsible Leadership program was launched to the full-time MBA program in the fall of 2010. It offers participating students the opportunity to augment their MBA with an experience-based, integrative exposure to the dynamic field of responsible leadership. Students who successfully complete the program requirements will graduate with a Certificate in Socially Responsible Leadership in addition to their MBA.

Certificate Requirements: Full-time MBA

To earn a Certificate in Socially Responsible Leadership in addition to their MBA, students in the Full-time MBA program must complete the following requirements:

  • Achieve a minimum grade in the mandatory responsible leadership related program courses
  • Attend responsible leadership related conferences or events
  • Complete a major project for a business with a responsible leadership focus, or with a registered charity/non-profit organization
  • Submit a final portfolio summarizing experiences and key takeaways from the program
