As Canada's largest provider of rental accommodation, Boardwalk is keenly aware of their social responsibility. They are pleased to be the only landlord with a Director of Community Development and Social Services. They have an internally funded rental subsidy program that allows them to waive rental increases for customers that are experiencing financial hardship. They also foster collaboration with several social service agencies to assist in providing affordable housing. Boardwalk is very proud of the extensive volunteer effort demonstrated by their many associates.
