How We Help

We:

  • champion the process to assist the business leader in producing or upgrading the plan.
  • review and upgrade the business plan to achieve specific outcomes - e.g. to secure financing, acquire new partners, or to focus the efforts of the core management team.
  • identify gaps and areas for improvement to achieve the desired outcome with the business plan.
  • provide fresh input and ideas to improve the document's impact.
  • write sections of the business plan (if required).
  • "Project managers" to ensure that a high quality business plan is produced within a specified time.

What is the process?

  1. You contact us.
  2. We match an experienced QCBV advisor to your business and personal needs.
  3. Your company is the lead author of the business plan. For this reason, QCBV requires time commitments from the business leader and key management to execute the business plan project.
    Typical projects take between one to four months to complete, depending largely on time available for all involved parties.
  4. Fees are determined by the duration of the engagement.
