Organizations named as Best Employers receive recognition in Profit magazine, as well as full use of the BSME logo for the year they have ranked, for use in all of your marketing materials. Participant data is also used to determine various specialized lists (e.g. Best Employers in the GTA, The Green 30)

All participants, regardless of ranking, receive a complimentary report profiling their organization's employee survey results that benchmark them against the year's Best Employers. Each year, the survey instruments include questions that gather information on a current human resources "hot topic." The results are available to all survey participants.
