To Qualify or Not ?

This year, we are officially offering a choice of how a company can participate in the study - whether they wish to qualify for the study in order to be assessed for determining whether or not they are a Top 25 Employer - or whether they wish to not worry about qualifying and they just want their data (and not be a contender for a Top 25 ranking)

So, what does this all mean?
If you choose to qualify, it just means that you have to meet the survey response rates as listed below.

If you choose to not qualify, the process and everything is identical to those companies who choose to qualify - except that you do not have to meet the survey response rates as listed below.

Regardless of which option you choose when enrolling your company as a participant, all organizations must still have between 50 and 399 employees - and need to be in business a minimum of 3 years in order to register for the study.

For Instance, the designated survey completion response rates are:

81 to 150 employees 80%
151 to 200 employees 70%
201 to 350 employees 65%
351 to 399 employees 55%

Which should I choose?

Ideally, the non-qualifying non-ranking option is for companies who think their employees will respond to the surveys in sufficient numbers and hence, not meet the minimum response rate.

There's no Risk

Should a company choose to not qualify - and then they do (meaning that they did meet the minimum response rate for their company), then they can automatically be considered for ranking.

Why offer two streams?

The idea to offer the two streams comes out of a finding we see year-over year - and it's in essence, to encourage companies who 'think they may not make it' to participate in the study and receive its value as we see companies move up the rankings each year they participate

The value for your company is in participating and receiving your data, and making changes based on your survey findings; the bonus is the ability to be ranked.
