Reports are available on an individual or bundled basis; we have combined our most popular packages as determined by previous BSME participants. We offer these to you on a price-reduced basis. We also offer an on-line reporting option, where you have full access to your data to 'slice and dice' your information and prepare reports however you wish.

Please note that every effort has been made to make these reports available in a price range which is as reasonable as possible for the smaller-to-medium sized organization. We have worked hard to achieve costs which are significantly below those charged to larger (400+ employee companies), even though this complex program involves processing close to a million individual decision inputs from managers and employees in participating SME entities.

You can customize your Employee Reports two ways:

i)	using a custom benchmark so that your data is compared directly against competitors in your industry or other shared characteristics (versus the default BSME benchmark of the overall BSME participants from the previous years study)
ii)	Year-over-Year Mapping means that you can track your results from the previous year against the findings of the current year
