Influencing Decision Making

Queen’s School of Business Centre for Business Venturing will work to influence decision-making in the new venture community in a number of ways. We will work with and consult to key government bodies and policy makers, independently or in partnership with other entrepreneurial centres.

We will also be very active in consulting with new venture and SME executives, using a combination of Queen’s School of Business faculty and outside advisors. Our primary consulting focus includes advisory boards, the unique challenges of family-owned businesses, private equity, effectively managing growth, succession planning and strategy.
