Queen's Custom Programs are exactly what the name implies - they are customized to your organization's particular situation and needs. For that reason, the process can vary. In some cases, organizations engage us to address a specific and well-defined development need. In these cases, we work closely with the senior management team to develop an appropriate program. In other instances, we work with the organization to determine what their training and development needs are before developing a program customized to meet these needs.

Once the development stage has been completed, Queen's faculty and staff will ensure that the program is executed with the extraordinary degree of professionalism and attention to detail that clients have come to expect from Queen's Executive Development Centre.

Your place or ours?

Queen’s Custom Programs are flexible. They will be developed and delivered on your timeline at the location of your choice. Many organizations prefer that the programs be delivered at their own facilities, or in an off-site location of their choice. Either way, Queen’s Executive Development Centre will be available to assist you with the selection of a suitable facility if desired. We have extensive experience and access to multiple locations that we have vetted and approved for our standards of program delivery. Queen’s also offers the option of utilizing the highly acclaimed Donald Gordon Conference Centre near the Queen’s campus. The Centre is well-known for its high level of customer service, excellent cuisine, and comfortable accommodations. Financial Times (UK) has consistently ranked the Donald Gordon Conference Centre among the top ten executive education facilities in the world.
