Your place or ours?

Queen’s Custom Programs are flexible. They are developed and delivered on your timeline at the location of your choice. Many organizations prefer that programs be delivered at their own facilities, or an off-site location of their choice. We can even help you select a suitable location if you wish. We also offer the option of utilizing the highly acclaimed Donald Gordon Conference Centre near the Queen’s campus in Kingston. Technology enabled solutions allowing participants to learn in the virtual classroom are also an option.

We provide world-renowned executive education. You set the agenda. Here’s how it works.

Queen’s Custom Programs are customized to your organization’s particular situation. In some instances, organizations engage us to address a specific and well defined development need. In these cases, we work closely with the senior management team to create an appropriate program.

In other instances, we work with the organization to determine what their training and development needs are before developing a program customized to meet these needs.

Queen’s faculty and staff ensure that the program is executed with the extraordinary degree of professionalism and attention to detail that clients have come to expect from Queen’s Executive Development Centre.

Queen’s Executive Development Centre is one of the world’s largest and most respected providers of non-degree executive education. No other business school in Canada has the depth and breadth of experience in training business managers and executives. Over the years, we have worked with over 1,600 organizations from more than 40 countries.

The Optional Lifestyle Component

In today’s hectic world, work-related deadlines and personal responsibilities can often leave little time for balance. And yet, the ability to lead and manage is greatly affected by your mental, physical and emotional well-being. Our optional Lifestyle Component can help recharge the energy of individuals in your organization by providing information, insights and experiences designed to help achieve this balance.

"One of the great benefits of the tailored programs offered by Queen’s is the rich group discussion I had with my Canada Post colleagues. I felt privileged to be asked to participate. It made me feel the company valued me".

"The Making Partner Program that we did with Queen’s gave me the opportunity to look at how to develop people and learn decision-making skills. It gave me the confidence to say to our CEO, 'I have a strategic plan and framework for managing the day-to-day operations, and for making the noise go away for you'".
