Cancellation: Due to program demand and pre-program preparation, cancellations within 16 to 45 days of the program start date are subject to a fee of 50% of the program fee. Cancellations within 15 calendar days of the program start date are subject to a fee of 100% of the program fee.
Transfer: Participants needing to transfer to another Queen's Executive Education Program can do so within two (2) years of the date of the original invoice, provided you have paid your invoice in full. Should you be unable to attend the program, the program fees can be used by a suitable candidate from your organization within two (2) years from the date of your original invoice, provided you have paid your invoice in full.
