Paul A. Cunningham is a retired senior military officer whose career encompassed UN operations, senior administrative positions and the directorship of a middle management educational school that specialized in problem analysis techniques and communications. He has experience in strategic planning, production operations and operations management, international management, and human resource management (including labour relations, equity issues, and harassment identification and investigation). Mr. Cunningham received a BA (Honours) in Economics and Commerce from the Royal Military College of Canada, and a MSc from the University of Central Texas. He has also completed courses in Total Quality Management (Juran Institute), and various courses related to harassment and labour/management relations.
