Cooper, William

Bill Cooper teaches the Foundations of Organization Theory and Research course in the graduate program and courses in organizational behavior and organizational environments in the undergraduate program.  His current research interests are in systematic decoupling, the external control of individuals, the subversive use of organizational theories and taking credit from others.  Recent and forthcoming publications have appeared in Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Research Methods, The Leadership Quarterly and Personality and Social Psychology Review.
