At Queen’s, you will receive extensive, personalized support from our Business Career Centre team. The Career Support Team will assist you through the process of determining your preferred industry sector, exploring career options and charting your career path.

Career-Step® Program

The Career-Step® program is a proprietary 6-step program that guides you through purposeful personal and career exploration and the job search process, focusing on the following areas:

Personal Career Coaching

Your Career Coach has access to a wide variety of personal assessment tools to help you identify your values, strengths, emotional intelligence, and career preferences. They will work with you one-on-one to develop your career strategy and job search plan.

Direct ConnectTM Program

The Direct ConnectTM Program is designed to put you directly in touch with key decision-makers within the companies that interest you.

Toronto Week

In July, the entire MBA class is taken to Toronto for 4 days of networking with our top recruiting partners.

Extensive Career Services and Resources

Throughout the program, you will have access to job search and research resources including Vault.com, MBA Direct, and Top MBA Careers. As well, our partnership with Knightsbridge Human Capital Management provides a breadth of on-line job search support tools.

On Campus Recruiting

Queen’s School of Business typically attracts over 100 companies to participate in on-campus recruiting activities.

Dare to Dream Internships

Queen's also provides financial support for graduates wishing to pursue entrepreneurial endeavours through our Dare to Dream Internships.
