State-of-the-art Learning Facility
Goodes Hall
Located on the Queen’s University campus, Goodes Hall is home to Queen’s School of Business. The centrepiece of the facility is a 110-year-old Victorian school house. An extensive $25 million renovation completed in 2002 transformed the site into an impressive 110,000-square-foot interactive learning centre for management education. Goodes Hall is named in honour of Mel Goodes, the building’s major donor. An alumnus of Queen’s School of Business, Mel Goodes was the Chairman and CEO of Warner-Lambert Company before his retirement in 1999.
Dedicated Classroom
The Queen’s MBA program has a dedicated tiered classroom with both wired and wireless Internet access at every seat. The classroom also has a variety of leading-edge multimedia presentation systems and videoconference capability. As well, there are a number of smaller classrooms and meeting rooms available to the program.
Dedicated Team Rooms
Queen's provides every MBA student with a dedicated team room including a personal work station for each team member. Team rooms are equipped with a printer, whiteboard and flip chart, and a refrigerator.
Outstanding Amenities
In addition to the team offices and personal workstations, Queen’s MBA students also have access to the dedicated business office with printers, high-speed digital photocopier/scanner, fax machine and student mailboxes. There is a small café conveniently located in Goodes Hall, and a well-equipped student lounge for the exclusive use of MBA students.
