Queen's MBA for Science & Technology welcomes the class of 2001
2000-05-01 - On Sunday, April 30, Queen's MBA for Science & Technology welcomed the class of 2001. This year's students continue the tradition of having exceptional qualifications: an average of five years of work experience and a GMAT of 674 - a score comparable to the average at the top-20 US schools.
Ranging in age from 26 to 41, the students come from academic backgrounds in Engineering, Life Sciences, Geology, Commerce, Computer Science, Math and Economics.
"We're very excited about welcoming 60 new faces to the program and look forward to working with the class of 2001 over the next 12 months," says MBAst Director Diane Cross.
"This is the busiest time of the year for the MBA program," adds Ms. Cross. "While we were bidding farewell to the class of 2000, who are now off pursuing their new challenges, we were opening the doors to a new group eager to get started. There is an incredible amount of energy in this facility."
