Chinese New Year celebrated in Goodes Hall

Student-organized event draws together students, faculty and staff

2004-01-22 - Chinese students from Queen's School of Business treated faculty, staff and their fellow students to a Chinese New Year Celebration in the atrium of Goodes Hall. In addition to a delicious lunch of traditional Chinese fare, student volunteers provided information on the traditions of this festive annual event, and offered translations of English names into Chinese.

Thanks to Albert Zhu, MBAst’04 and his committee of students from across the business school, including Francine Xu, Sharon Li, Steve Fang, Anna Zhang, Patrick Leung, Linda Han, Julia Yang, Hollis Zhang, Eileen Wu, Jimmy Yang, Kai Yang, William Zhu, Leilei Li, Phil Tan, Harry Hu and Jacky Lin.
