Introducing the Centre for Social Impact – QSB Centre announces new name at Responsible Leadership Summit

Kingston, ON – Oct. 29, 2014 - The 10th Annual Responsible Leadership Summit opened on Oct. 17 with an announcement of the new name of the Queen’s School of Business Centre for Responsible Leadership. Now known as the Queen’s School of Business Centre for Social Impact, the new name “provides a more accurate reflection of the Centre’s mandate, while staying true to our focus on integrity and innovation” explained the Centre’s Director, Tina Dacin.

The Summit attracted approximately 200 Commerce, MBA, AMBA and Master of International Business (MIB) students who heard from more than 25 speakers over the course of the two-day event. Keynote speaker Johann Koss, President and founder of Right to Play, set the Summit’s tone when he delivered an inspirational address about his organization’s activities in more than 20 countries, affecting the lives of more than one million children.
