Program Overview
Queen's Master of Science in Management is a one-year, research-intensive graduate program developed for students pursuing focused graduate research in one specific field of management: Accounting, Finance, Management Science, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Organizational Behaviour, Strategy or Business Economics.
The program is designed to enhance students' analytical, problem-solving and research skills. Queen's MSc graduates possess unparalleled qualifications for positions requiring in-depth, specialized training that typically fall outside the mandate of a traditional MBA.
About one-third to one-half of Queen's MSc graduates advance to careers as consultants and analysts in both the private and public sectors, while the balance continue on to PhD studies.
