With the Queen’s PhD program, we prepare you to play a leading role in the next generation of scholars and researchers. Individually tailored, our doctoral program features a series of challenging courses, research opportunities, and the preparation and defense of a thesis on an original topic. The program is based on a major/minor structure that allows you to hone your analytic and research skills and offers the tools to generate advanced research. If you have an eye on future doctoral studies or a career in consulting or research, consider the Queen’s Master of Science in Management. Queen's MSc is a 12-month program that provides an advanced-level conceptual foundation in your chosen field. It differs from an MBA program that teaches practical application of management theory. As a Queen’s MSc student, you focus on research in one of seven fields of study: accounting, finance, management information systems, marketing, organizational behaviour, management science, and managerial economics. Queen's School of Business offers an incomparable learning experience for people with international business aspirations and an undergraduate degree in business. Queen's Master of Global Management is a direct-entry program requiring no previous full-time work experience. This intensive 10-month program, developed in partnership with the CFA Institute, enables you to earn your degree while you continue to work. Classes are held in our downtown Toronto classroom on Wednesday evenings and Saturdays.
